In August 1996 we passed this museum by bus from Rimini to San Marino.
By bino from the hill watching the museum in far distance I saw a white Dakota there.
Spottingmode says:
DC-3 N424AG with c/n 12679 (= wh/red) ex USAAF
And also C-47 MM61826/14-44 used to be stored here. Or was this fuselage only close to the entrance (which not present when I passed)
Eurodemobbed gives:
"N242AG" = Dakota R4D ex USN 17174
This civ regi is also on pictures and plane is in wh/red like first mentioned DC-3.
I think 1st and 3rd are the same, but what is correct? The 14-44 was never really preserved (just stored)??
Who can help?

I-COFR (ex R4D-5 17174, c/n 12679) painted as N242AG was preserved
C-47 MM61826/14-44 was never really preserved, was stored in the parking lot (now at Zruc)

For the benefit of Mr. Kite, there will be a show tonight on trampoline
