Guidonia S208, crash landing October 2021

Not sure were to post:
Last year October, I visited Guidonia (14-9-2021 to be precise) and there were no flying activities and empty flight lines. I soon discovered that an S208 was blocking the runway, with its tail sticking in the air (nosewheel collapse?). Does anyone know more or even serial number?
