Hi all,
Last monday I visited Andravida airbase and noted a lot of stored F-4s on the northeast side of the field.
Various old F-4E's (wearing the USAF serials) have been noted here in the past, most of them broken up.
Now it looks like recently F-4E (AUP)s have been added to the storage area.
We could only read three of them on photo: 71765 and 01517. And RF-4E 7496 (al though not sure about this one.
Looking at the photos at least ten other Phantoms were parked here...including at least 5 AUPs.
Any help is more than welcome of course.
Best regards, Rob.

Re: Storage area Andravida
Was there as wel, from my picture I red the following:
01505 (SPEC TAIL)
01506
01517
01526
71745 (?)
71755
71765
71744 (SPEC TAIL)
The special tails were not identified by their serial, but the fact that there is only one with that tail.
Pics available on request,

Nice addition!
Could you send me the photos so I can compare these with mine?
Or post them here, if you like.

01506 is probably misread, as this one was w/o 21-07-1974...Flyboy wrote: ↑30 Mar 2022, 14:12 Was there as wel, from my picture I red the following:

Not counted them myself but apparently there are 25 Phantoms in the storage area.

Re: Storage area Andravida
You are correct. Upon further inspection, the fouling on the tail indicates the (dust collected in the gleu of the) stickers of 01508 as seen at the 2017 RIAT.r.e.hendriks wrote: ↑30 Mar 2022, 20:29 01506 is probably misread, as this one was w/o 21-07-1974...
Photo in your mail.

I could read the following F-4's on my own photos on Thursday:
Stored on the other side near runway 18/36:
7496 RF-4E nn camo c/s
01505 F-4E(AUP) ex 339 Mira spec. mrks.
01508 F-4E(AUP) nn
01512 F-4E(AUP) nn
01513 F-4E(AUP) nn
01517 F-4E(AUP) nn

71745 F-4E(AUP) nn
71755 F-4E(AUP) nn
71765 RF-4E nn camo c/s
Not actually read of by myself on my photos, because most serials hardly visible due to the long time they already here, but I compared my own photo’s with those on Eurodemobbed, and the following could be identified:
(161221) TA-7H nn
(35+24) RF-4E ex Luftwaffe
(35+87) RF-4E ex Luftwaffe
(67-0350) F-4E nn
(67-0381) F-4E nn
