New toy for the AMS fire brigade: Sikorsky S-76

Post by Numbercruncher »

Hiya,

While making a short stop at the crash gate next to the fire brigade I first noticed a new toy for them: a Sikorsky 76 in CHC colours. It's parked at 52°19'12.48"N 4°44'59.67"O, 'you can't miss it'... Must have arrived quite recently.

Unfortunately no marks are shown, my first guess would be it to come from Hoofddorp ROC (read something about them wanting to loose theirs) but that is just speculation.

Any solid information would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Robert W

The ROC’s S-76 stood loosely wrapped in plastic on the parking lot since this summer and has been taken away sometime in the past two weeks. I’d say that’s your bird.
