Does anybody have any insight as to the, at least, two high level fastjets maneuvering to the south of Luxembourg ville early afternoon Tuesday the 24th April?

Hi,
Can anyone confirm that TurkAF A400 (16-0055) was here on August 29th?
Saw this one on live radar overhead Spangdahlem.
But confirmation would be great!
