Venezualan B707 ADS-B

ADS-B is showing: 8747 3FAB93 BOEING 707 384C somewhere in the neighbourhood of Frankfurt.
Is this for real because I sometimes get false ID info from ADS-B?

This is a miscode for a German Army helicopter.
