Not according to the comms and the hex is an osprey strange
Also Us Army are not allowed to use callsign Dragon

Just check planes.cz and you'll see it is the mentioned C-12. Picture included.
Two weeks ago same thing DRAGN78 it was then slightly more southern routing and positively IDed by myself as a C12.
