Apparantly they departed four hours ago.
After nearly 4 years of testing, the first 6 #RSAF F-15SA just departed from St. Louis heading to #SaudiArabia

Two are new-built F-15SAs, the other two are upgraded former S models; the deal involves both new SA models and upgrading S models to the new SA standard.

IIRC,84 new build F-15SA and an unspecified number of F-15S upgraded to F-15SA to be delivered.
Assumably, F-15S upgrades will be mainly carried out in-country?.
Apparently some 46 F-15s were in store at St Louis awaiting certifaction of the F-15SA for operational release.
