She is local however, this one being somewhat unique by using a 7x digit callsign on non local mission instead of the usual 3x series

Saw today overhead the WARP 29 a RC-135, can someone help me with it's serial number ?

Callsign was LORUM29 (Showed on Mode-s and heard as such on Dutch Mil) , showed 62-4138
