Can someone confirm the serial?
Not from a sbs or flight rader 24 but visual.

At this moment, E-11A 12-9506 is pinging on PlanePlotter (SBS). Is this one outside testing and has it switched on its transponder? Or is it departing as I write down this message?

Jeroen,

We went for the Qatar C-130J and "Velcro5" popped up on mode-s when we were near Schiphol-Oost.
Nothing outside but the lights in the hangar were on. When we left half an hour later it still showed with a very strong signal.
