ART 105: Alpha Romeo Tango 105 (Airbus A320 YL-LCE) working with ATCC Dutch Mil on 128.3500 MHz > 123.5750 MHz. Decending over the southern part of The Netherlands, looks like he is heading for Brussels International Airport Belgium (EBBR) or Antwerp Airport Belgium (EBAW).
