NEWS: The Republic of Lithuania has officially announced just now, to step out of the CCM.
(This move can apply to air lauched weapons, but also to other systems).
The Republic of Lithuania joined the Oslo Process Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM) back in 2010. But assessment of feasible threats has changed radically since then with, according to the Lithuanian government, growing military risks to their state as the Russian Federation has become a direct threat.
The Republic of Lithuania is now also looking for effective alternatives to 'regular' types of cluster munitions providing similar effects.

Allies consider sharing less intelligence with Washington
Some of America’s allies are considering reducing the amount of intelligence they share with the United States in response to President Donald Trump’s talks with Russia, five sources with direct knowledge of the matter told NBC News. According to them, there is concern that the countries’ intelligence operations and agents will be exposed.
The countries – which reportedly include Israel, Saudi Arabia and members of the so-called “Five Eyes” alliance, that is, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom – are now exploring how to possibly revise existing agreements with the United States.
A Western official tells NBC that the Trump administration has shaken up how allies view the United States and whether they can trust it.
“There are serious discussions going on about what information can be shared with the United States. The “Five Eyes” alliance has always worked on the premise that we don’t spy on each other. I don’t think we can trust that anymore,” the official says.
Including talks about air forces and bases.

Reuters : "..............The company said the contract in question is GEGD (the Global Enhanced GEOINT Delivery program), a U.S. government program providing access to commercial satellite imagery collected by the United States.

so, other world wide contracts with the US-firm seem unaffected. (so far).

ONE drone against Cheboksary reported. This part of Russia do not have large fuel plants, only smaller ones for the local consumtion?
Instead in Cheboksary are large plants called in Russian kombinates, production of strategic chemicals. In Soviet times the plants produced chemical weapons.
Russia has several kombinate arsenals who are very large in many cases. There is a mystery about the kombinates.
