Why should it be forbidden!?! I guess there will be 100eds of spotter outside starting from Wednesday (being one of them )

Maybe I asked it in the wrong way, I try it again: would I have problems to get near the airfield with my car. Maybe they have temporary parking restrictions. Like here in holland during the days leading up to the Open Days

Back in 2008 I had no problem whatsoever in reaching the eastern approaches of Florennes with a car, i.e. near spot 1 at http://www.scramble.nl/airports/publish/ebfs.htm


I could even park quite close to the centreline. You will certainly not be the only person trying to do this though
And there are still the farmers' tractors and other large and certainly wide local agricultural vehicles that want to use that same road...
And yes, some local farmers DO need to use this road.

You can expect the bulk of the aircraft to arrive on friday. But don't be surprised if some allready arrive earlier, some even on wednesday. Happened before!
