Given the fact that RCV is a private owned plane, the owner flies it himself, the people are clearly recognisable in the picture while the casualties / wounded are still abroad, I now tend to concur with Fencer24.

A few minutes before she went into the jet heaven.
Sorry for the quality but the conditions were very bad and the distance was very far. I've got some from the accident itself but I am not allowed to publish them yet.

Some scans from crashed Luftwaffe fighters and one helo. Starting with F-4F 38+25 from JG71, w/o 21-7-2004. Here taxiing out on Leeuwarden AB, December 1994.
38+59 from JG71 on approach to Fairford, IAT July 1993, w/o on 24-4-1996.
Tornado IDS 44+51 from JBG31 on static, Fairford July 1999. W/o 8-11-2001, operating with MFG2.
45+18 from AG51 at Florennes during TLP, March 2003. W/o 21-4-2004.
Tornado ECR 46+42 JBG32 with special devil colors on static at Kleine Brogel, July 2002. W/o 9-12-2004.
45+37 from MFG2 lands at RAF Cottesmore, July 2000. W/o 23-3-2009 while operating with JBG33.
UH-1D 71+13 from LTG61 on static at Beauvechain, September 1999. W/o two years later on 6-9-2001.

Some French AF crashed ones, Mirage 2000B 511/2-FH taxiing out at Leeuwarden, July 1994. It crashed 12-2-2002.
Mirage 2000C 69/2-FE comes in to land at Waddington, July 2001, crashed 29-5-2006
Mirage 2000N 309/4-AO at the static Kleine Brogel, July 2002. Crashed 1-3-2011

30/05/2005: Less than 5 minutes after I took these photos, this Spanish Mirage F1 had crashed but thankfully the pilot could eject safely.
(Engine fire I believe?)
The Mirage had taken off from Neuburg as part of a two ship, for the morning mission of ELITE 2005.
