Hmmm. Another hickup in their travel:

HKB122 EGPC WICK - EBOS OOSTENDE 01:10 PM GMT (1310Z) 03:44 PM GMT (1544Z) N/A FILED
HKB181 BIRK REYKJAVIK - EGPC WICK 09:25 AM GMT (0925Z) 12:07 PM GMT (1207Z) N/A FILED

So it looks like first the HKB178 will fly to Wick from Iceland and I think they will travel both afterwards to Oostende. Nightstopping at Oostende?

Both arrived yesterday afternoon; first one at 16:09 and the second one at 16:29 (source airshows.be).
Had a look quite frequently at SBS logs this morning since 9AM and it looks like they have not departed (or very early this morning or late yesterday evening).
If someone could tell, please let us know if they've already departed.

At the site flightwise.com for both a/c the flightplan is still the one from Wick to Oostende. So no new one is in the system (yet).

This morning at 10.00 the 478 & 481 were still at Oostende.

HKB122 and HKB181 departed Oostende this afternoon but were seen returning about an hour later after problems with diplomatic clearance for SwitzerlandAustria.They were supposed to fly to Pescara,Italy. Don´t know if they landed back at EBOS

Yes, the are back at Ostend. Don't know when they are leaving.
