They landed just before the first F-16s of Volkel came in, they had to get some delay vectors due to "a slow mover on long final"

Nobody? She was well visible when the last aircraft of the first wave launched. So F-011, F-020, F-023 & F-024 are excluded from the list of possibilities.
Unfortunately my images only reveal her nationality ...
