not gratis entry head ups, that's all.
Ah, I see :) It's just that there are lots of people who seem to think that free events should be the norm. TANSTAAFL as Robert Heinlein used to say.
There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch.
Glidepath wrote: ps, your pics in the showreports are much static, may we draw the conclusion that it is pretty much a statical helicopter event during the photo-moments?
The Sea King over the water is lovely, would like to have all over them like that..
Yes, you may draw that conclusion. The only recent demonstration to be seen there was the coloured Sea King you saw in the 2008 report. Indeed, it would be marvelous to have all of them do their SAR thing like that, but don't count on it.

I will be there for sure. Very scenic backdrop in the shape of sailing ships.
Thanks Hans. Your reports do look good for sure, very unique background indeed.
Judging by the EXIF information, most of your pics are made late afternoon. Is that because of the light in the morning is not as good as displayed in your pictures?

Johan, I waited for the public to clear. That's why they were shot so late.

2 Sea Kings were put in a tent, in a corner of one of the platforms:
89+52
89+62
Visible on board of the HMS St. Albans, although quite far away:
ZH863, Merlin HM.1
Maintanance Hangar:
89+50 89+51
89+60 89+63
89+71 89+70
89+66 89+56
And for the vloogtuig interested, in Hangar H91 an old WFU Sea King was visible, in the old colorscheme with dayglow, marked 89+61.
