Today is following aircraft based at Hmeymim air base (Latakia air base) (1st January 2016)::

All serials are not finished. Have to be checked up. I have seen some of my info on other sides, even the wrong spells.

Satellite pictures from around 10th December 2015 confirm the number of aircraft. The newbuilt tarmac are now full of aircraft.

Aircraft and helicopters also use other air bases as staging bases or emergency bases. Spotting is also more dangerous on these bases because of artillery and other war actions. Also at least 2 Il-20 and a Il-22 use other bases regularly. Several cargo planes as Il-76 use other bases regularly for transport of soldiers and military equipment. Russian military units based at Syrian artillery and storage bases.

Five Su-35C reported landing i Syria 31 January 2016 with lead of a Tu-154.

The Su-35S are based at Komsomolsk Dzemgi (24 planes) Vladivostok Centralnaya Uglovaya (12 planes) Lipetsk (5 planes) hacks are at Akhtubinsk and Zhukovsky.

Were is at least 12 Su-34 on Hmejmim air base.

At least 12 Su-34 individuals are identified.

The increase day should be the 20th November 2015, the day of the large bombing of Syria with Tu-160 and T-22M3.
That day were 8 Su-34 reported at Krymsk Air Base North Caucasía for operations over Syria by the briefings.
(source the regulary briefings by the Russian Ministry of Defence, frequent visited by Putin).
