*) The J-201 is flying around with a roundel picturing a comic shark. I couldn't find anything about it, can someone enlighten me about that roundel please?

The shark logo is the former TCA-unit. It was the conversion unit when the F16 was introduced.

Because of the end of the stationed F16's at EHLW this badge was on a plane again.

So the locally based F-16s still fly after their 'final flight'! Will they do that on Friday (tomorrow) too? I am considering going to LWD to catch the last ones.

The last couple of weeks it is F-35's only at Friday, so the chance to see a F16 is very slim

Correctie op mijn eerdere bericht, het WIC schijnt vrijdag te vliegen met F16's, maar geen idee of ze ook Leeuwarder kisten gaan gebruiken

Do I remember correctly from my past that their motto used to be "we eat them all", referring to the fact that every potential F-16 jockey had to pass through their hands? Nostalgia...
