Presently on a post-maintenance checkflight is Bangladesh Navy 314-02/S3-VHR. It arrived more than a year ago in November 2019, but it seems that the work is now completed. I guess it will leave in the near future back to Bangladesh.

Re: Oberpfaffenhofen (EDMO) 2021
I took the opportunity of nice weather and strong easterly winds for some runway 04 pictures of the two Dornier Seastar which were flying in formation today.
D-ISEA Seastar c/n 1002
D-IDSW Seastar c/n 1003
Cessna 560XLS D-CDCM of Air Hamburg was also departing.
After that I took the opportunity to peer through the large window front of the "Aero Bildung" Technical School next to the main entrance of the airport. The two civil helicopters were new arrivals while the rest is unchanged:
(N911MZ) BK.117A-1 ex LifeStar (c/n 7098)
D-HLIR BK.117C-1 ADAC c/n 7500
D-BJET Do 328-300 Fairchild-Dornier c/n 3002
(6Y-JQN) Do 228-202 Air Jamaica Express c/n 8118
YV-647C Do 228-212 Aerotuy c/n 8187
40+17 Alpha-Jet Lw c/n 0017
(71+35) UH-1D Lw c/n 8198
(71+93) UH-1D Heer c/n 8313
99+46 G.91R/3 Lw c/n 511
I did not see P.149D 91+26 which should also be here. According to EMOOS, somewhere upstairs.
Outside on the carpark was unmarked Citation III c/n 0005 (ex N700RY). This one was last noted stored for many years on the airfield.

Re: Oberpfaffenhofen (EDMO) 2021
Arriving yesterday morning for maintenance with 328 Services was Do328-110 OB2 of Botswana Defence Force.
A Picture of the aircraft on finals for runway 22 can be found here:

(by the way, the picture was taken by my little son Felix...)
The two Thai Navy Do228 which are here for conversion to NG standard should also still be here. They have not been seen for a long time so the conversion is still not finished.

Interesting!
Great picture.
Great picture.
Re: Oberpfaffenhofen (EDMO) 2021
Went yesterday (22.09.) to try my luck in seeing the Botswana Do328. As could be expected is was hangared in the meantime. But in fact with some effort it is visible and readable through the windows in the hangars western wall. My vantage point was roughly at N48.090187, E11.288023.
Re: Oberpfaffenhofen (EDMO) 2021
Hi guys,
I did a drive-by on the 25th and saw 5 DO328s on the ground outside the hangers. Could anyone help with the Reg's of them?
One was in full Skyworks livery and one in a partial skyworks livery and one more looked like a Dornier house scheme.
Any help greatly appreciated,
Paul.

Re: Oberpfaffenhofen (EDMO) 2021
Also, I did a drive-by on the 30th and noticed what looked like a BBJ, parked at hangers on the far side of the field, if anyone could tie that one up, please.
Also noted,
D-BOBI DA2000
M-YSSF Globa
HB-VPE CE525
OK-VPI G550

Re: Oberpfaffenhofen (EDMO) 2021
For the Do328 in full Skyworks livery there are two possibilities: D-CAAI (cn 3021) and D-CAAQ (cn 3066).Kitihawk wrote: ↑04 Oct 2021, 13:22 Hi guys,

The one in partial Skyworks colors is nearly sure D-CAAP (cn 3100). This still has the Skyworks logo on the tail and titles on engines.
On the day of your visit the only Do328 in Dornier (actually 328 Support) house colors being home was D-CSNC (cn 3015), as the other (D-CAAN cn 3061) was in Africa.
The row outside the hangars is not really static, aircraft are moved from time to time, but usually standing there are also the following airframes:
D-CAAH (cn 3010), which is all white
N329MX (cn 3049) in its basic red and gold Vision Air colors, should not be difficult to recognize
D-CDAX (cn 3087) in the new private Wings livery
Finally, VH-PPJ (cn 3059) was also at EDMO that day and this still has it characteristic Australian Rescue colors, red and white.
So pick your choice.
Hans

Re: Oberpfaffenhofen (EDMO) 2021
I totally agree with Hans`comments. I can add some pictures of the line of 5 Do 328 (the pictures were taken in mid June 2021, but the situation should not have changed.
Probably you will recognise some or all of them.
To see the pictures please click on the link above (the report with OB-2) and for airframe details (c/n etc.) you have to open the pictures.
Your "BBJ" on the far side is most probably an Embraer Lineage and might be M-AKKU (but I am not sure if it is still there outside).
bye

Re: Oberpfaffenhofen (EDMO) 2021
To add some more uncertainty... I visited here on 15 August and from my own photos and those of others I can tell there were changes in the row of five both shortly before and after that. When I was there, seen from the west side (works area) the row of five was N329MX - white with red, D-CDAX - Private Wings, (D-BGAB) - no reg on, Gandalf, D-CAAH - white and D-CAAI - Skywork. In front of the latter, nose pointing to rwy 26, was D-CAAQ (not read, but the only other option for the full Skywork livery AFAIK).
On the far side were a Lineage (ERJ190) and a Global. I could not read either but combining a number of sources, I found the Lineage was D-AARK, ex A6-ARK (std), and M-SAPT was the Global 5000. I thought of M-AKKU at first as well, but that was in Asia at the time, according ADSB data. M-SAPT was seen for days in a row by FR24 at EDMO at that apron, and of course the colours match for both.
Hope this helps,
Erik
