Another iconic (unique) aircraft gone. This also means the end for Team Iskry I presume?

No. They will fly for a couple of years more with the Iskra. The Iskra has been retired for training future pilots.

Will the base flight TS-11's also soldier on or have they all been withdrawn by now?

Only the grey training TS-11s are withdrawn, the camouflaged ones will fly for a few years.
