Wednesday July 29th I passed Payerne enroute to holiday. In the distance from the highway we saw 1 Hornet land at 15.35h. Base Ops told me this were J-5007 and J-5023.
When we arrived 15.45hrs at the fence the last afternoon wave was just about to start. 6 Hornets and 2 Tigers took off. A PC-6 was doing some practice approaches. In one box I could see a Hornet tail, but not read. No helicopters outside here. When we just were on the highway again at 16.30hrs the 2 Tigers and first Hornets were inbound again.
Seen active between 15.45-16.25hrs:
Hornets: J-5003, 06, 09, 10, 14, 19
Tigers: J-3090 (PdS), J-3097
PC-6B: V-632
