Lj35 and C-21A are the same... Just a mil designation (and a UHF receiver in the cockpit)

Actually not a general mil designation. The C-21A is only used by the US Air Force, other nations just use a Learjet 35 and also call it a learjet 35. I guess the US just wants to be different. I’m thinking to buy a Uniden Bearcat scanner but is that a good idea? And is KeeBee a safe place for it ( not every 5 minutes a MP commes to check the spotters ) ?
