ADS-B shows KING11 inbound (from Kevlavik). HC-130, 16-5873. KING12 (14-5864) is following in trail. The latter is not yet included in Scramble's DB

No - 5864 is in the DB but with FY 16.
And why would a single unit (the 102nd RQS) have MC-130Js? Both C-130s are at RMS for an exercise, using a KING callsign - that’s an HC-130 callsign.
