According to this link the base will be open for public on Sunday May 17th

The TLwG 74 Kommodore OTL Schnitger confirmed that the unit will participate in NTM 2020 as a main exercise.

Not a 100% confirmation from Hungary: in the Januray Defense Bulletin, the Hungarian Minister approved the participation of the hungarian defence forces at the NTM.

Obviously, they did. For instance, the guy two posts above yours is likely to have been 'on the case' for quite a bit of time now. If he has no official info, only the Portuguese (may) know...
