Indeed odd. As only 16 are ordered and strange jump in allocated numbers.arch wrote:C295 Noted at Seville 12-13/1/2020

I’ve been told that 29501 is Kazakhstan AF and possibly MSN 193!

I doubt if it will be Air Force with that identity.
Maybe Border Guard or National Guard?

Re: Seville 12-13/1/2020
Great log Rene, thanks for sharing!
So far only three Canadians have been noted, all in yellow colours, 295501, 295502 and 295517.
The last one was actually the first one to be delivered, it left for Canada on the 28th and has msn 187.
cheers
PS 195502 should read 295502.

Re: Seville 12-13/1/2020
Hi Rene.
We were at Seville on 12/13 January. See log by Arch earlier.
Our Factory visit was cancelled, so we did not get inside.
The only A400M we couldn't i/d, was parked outside at the rear of the Factory near the Main gate.
It was in primer ,with nothing on it. Parked with it, was 109.
By process of elimination, we think it may have been 107 for Germany.
When you saw 107, was the number painted on the aircraft ?
I know things, get moved around regularly.
Where exactly was it, outside or inside ?
We also saw a CASA 295 01 white.
The flag on it, we thought was that of Uzbekistan. Three horizontal blue/white/green bands.
It has been suggested, that this should be for Kazakhstan, but we did not, read it as 29501.
I see that you saw 02 for Uzbekistan.
Is it possible that they are having two ?
Thanks in anticipation, of any comments.
Terry M.

Hi All.
You may have already see this information. But following our Visit to Seville on the 12/13th.
We had a question about 295517/msn187. We had definitely read it off. It being out of step with the other two we saw.
On our behalf Ian Carroll, asked a friend of his to make some enquiries in Canada.
A reply, was received from a regular Internet poster, SIRIUS.
He supplied the following information;
295501 / msn183.
295502 / msn185.
295517 / msn187. Aircraft Maintenance Trainer. Now delivered.

Re: Seville 12-13/1/2020
The German 107 was in front of the hangars. It was marked with 107 and a German flag.
The C295 we think is for the Kazakh Border Guard, was all white, with serial 29501.
The Uzbek 02 had the same Flag as you mentioned, and was in a dark grey color.
