Can someone help me to indentify “Reach 635” (Identified as a C-17) in the departure (16:00 LT) at Ramstein? His heading was to the east”

Who knows the id of C-17 @ hotcargo ramp in the afternoon (17:30u LT)?
It was een Charleston bird and we read it as 90189, but this was with questions....
It can be 10189 but is this bird currently swapped from unit??

Nice to see the "new" BDRT/Instr. Airframe hercules on the 37th AS ramp.
It is marked "41663/RS" (74-1663 C-130H) and was on the ramp in the line near the (back)entrance of the base.
