C-130 in D-day markings

Post by Felle »

Hoi all,

Some minutes ago I saw two C-130's at very low level flying over the north of Antwerp (Schoten/Brasschaat). Both looked like Belgian, for sure the first one. The other had D-Day marks on the wings and tail. Both flying from west to east but could not see them on ADS-B. Anyone with some info? Thanks.

Regards,

Stephan.

Mind you, the US Air Force has also decorated some C-130's with D-Day markings.

CH01 and CH11 made two full stops at Kleine Brogel and departed again a few minutes later.
