negative, the RVR at EIN is now 600 metres and NAF43, together with other holding aircraft has told atc they are ready for approacjh, so no deiversion

Although an RVR of 600m is good enough for an ILS CAT 1 approach at Eindhoven, they will still have to see the runway at 280ft DA (RWY03) (or 270ft at RWY21)... And the METAR is reporting OVC000....

Negative, it entered the holding and thereafter flew to EHWO for some approaches, it did not do an approach at EHEH

NATO03 is holding over GKE due to freezing fog.
They are discussing what fields to land at and decided BRU, CGN and GKE are unable.
They are currently talking about landing at EHEH, will update when there's more info

quick update:
they have now confirmed diverting to EHEH.
They will follow a couple more holding patterns to brief the landing, than they will fly to EHEH

another update:
after a bit, the weather around rwy 09 cleared up and the've succesfully landed runway 09 GKE, so not diverting to EHEH
