Today training started early. Good morning show, although not a show, but a training! Nice to see 6 F-5's in action. Very light rain didn't spoil the day. Nice to find out that walking from the lift to the bus was only some 35-40 minutes on the way down. Thus avoiding the queue at the lift, and winning lots of time in waiting for the bus. Sun came in late, making photography more challenging than ever. Good day altogether!

My first post to you all - Just got back to UK from short trip to AXALP.

Noticed flying from Meiringen on 8/10 were
2 x F18 at least departed at approx 13:30 local
4 x F18 landed back after practise
Single fast jet presumed to be a F18 landed around 19:00 local
Four F.5 performed practise on range around 16:30

I managed to go up hill for the Practise day 9/10 and recorded were
H.135 T.354

Morning practise visits by F.18 were J.5003/5011 spcl/5013/5021 all from Meiringen
J.5017/5232/5023 [unsure of unit sorry] and J.5007 which performed as a single display aircraft
F.5 Tiger practise visits were J.3094/3077/3097/3201
Also practise flying were PC.21 A-106 and AS.532 T.340

In the Afternoon a further complete practise was made by -:
F.18 were J.5003/5011 spcl/5013/5021 – all ex Merignen
F.5 Tiger were J.3094/3077/3097/3201
PC.7 A-940, F.18 J.5007 and PC.21 A-106 all arrived in formation and the F.18 and PC.21 performed demo display’s
Parachute drops were made from PC.6 V-631 camo and an unknown red/white example
Providing a fire fighting Demo were AS.532 T.334 and AS.332 T-318
Acting as a stray into Swiss airspace was Cessna 560 T.784 and intercept and escort duties were provided by F.18 J.5012/5008
F.5 Patrouille De Suisse were J-3083/3098/3090/3085/3081 and they joined up to perform flypast along with extra F.5 J.3044
Providing SAR as well was H.135 T.367 SAR in dayglo and AW.109 HB-ZRP

Wednesday 10/10 did not have any flying in the morning apparently but a full mission was made in afternoon but I cannot help with any serials for that day

Thursday 11/10 F.18 launching from Meiringen were J.5003/5011 spcl/5013/5021
Two other F.18 did display – two escorting the C.560 as well as the single display aircraft
The PC.7 and PC.21 also performed
AS.332/532 acting in fire fighting role were T-319 and T-320
Noted at Meiringen around 13:00 were PC.7 A-919 and spare Pat Suisse F.5 J-3089 which was hangared as well as additional H.135 T-363
The F.5 did the usual range attack – five aircraft as Tuesday

Finally Friday F.18 launches from Meiringen were
0830 – 2 aircraft landed back by 0930
1000 – 4 aircraft departed

AS.332/532 providing support for the event throughout the four days were
T.318/319/320/333/334/339/342

I have seen a photo of a further F.5 J.3033 as flying on one of the days [which day was that please?] and can anyone help with the missing serials for Thurday particularly
