For the sake of completeness, I checked the plates of the Jordanian Falcons. They all have an extra, small, plate below the construction plate stating their civil reg, so perhaps the RJF xx should be regarded as code rather than serial. Would also make more sense in the numbers-only system of the RJAF (to the inventory of which they, then, technically do not belong ).
RJF 01 = EA300LC LC069 JY-RFA
RJF 02 = EA300LC LC070 JY-RFB
RJF 03 = EA300LC LC071 JY-RFC
RJF 04 = EA300LC LC072 JY-RFD
