Hi Frank, are you sure about F-JBZS not carrying a registration? The F-J*** series is linked to the radio call of French ultralights. They are required to carry their true registration (from the ultralight register) AFAIK. 9 times out of 10, it can be found under the wing. It consists of the departemental code (2 numbers), followed by 1, 2 or 3 letters. The radio-call cannot be seen as an official registration; the departemental code is given after the department where the owner lives (not necessarily the same department where the aircraft is based).
