If that should be the reason, the C-130 should not come out EYSA in my opinion..

It may happen that a Portuguese Hercules is in Lithuania for whatever reason.
On the way back, it can stop here and take some stuff and make a tank stop.
But you're right, it's pretty unlikely that it would happen this way..
