Interesting. That's shows REG/105714 too! I think there is a filing issue somewhere . The 32 and 33 are due from the UK, not Italy.tonno1970 wrote:spock31 arrived Aviano yesterday late in the afternoon, maybe diversion?c32tracker wrote:Selection of mil stuff today :
SPOCK32 105714 C30J in 1520z. Might be another SPOCK in at 1820z but shows same REG and route so probably a dupe.

Re: Chania (Souda Bay) LGSA/CHQ 2018 MIL
When did they leave here (LGSA) as heard nothing today unless they used UHF (but don't normally)
Re: Chania (Souda Bay) LGSA/CHQ 2018 MIL
The F-15 nearly always uses UHF. It used to be the case that they didn't have VHF radios fitted but that may have changed.

Re: Chania (Souda Bay) LGSA/CHQ 2018 MIL
Following up to the question on how rare is to have 9 fighters at Souda, I would comment that the actual rare thing was to have 6 tankers at Souda. And I will have another question: How often you see the GOLD KC-10's being all airborn during the night under a QUID callsign? Not difficult to find relations with what happened last night.
In any case, just for the records, RadarBox application is full of QUID tankers in Eastern Mediterranean. Several of them were the ones spotted at Souda. With very low visibility at Souda right now, I don't know where they will end up landing.

1 x Kc135 diverted to Athens and a "QID" Kc-10 just landed + a Rc-135 next to land

Also 1230-144z CTM A400 FRBAI. And 1013z AT43 N315CR due in which, looking at its origin, appears to be contracting to the DOD.

FA10 call was FNY5060 but no REG listed. Try mode-s reports.
DHC8 there are 2 there, N8200L and N8200R. N8200R isn't active at the moment.
F16s probably GHOST23 but no REG.
Peter or the other local may have pics and notes on them but they don't post much I'm afraid.

So sorry, I did not log the Fa-10 as I was just going out, and I didn't see it either.
DHC6 was "GRIZZLY 46" N8200R
And I should imagine the F-16's were Greek and very difficult to read off etc.
Regards sorry
If you are here for a while contact me direct please,as it would be GREAT to meet another enthusiast etc.
