Hello,
I visited the Canadian military base of Lahr on 19JUN1988 and noted two two-seat CF-104D fuselages and one CF-104 tailsection lying in a field between the two shelter areas that are situated west of the runway. They were visible from outside and we saw them during a drive around the base perimeter fence.
Does anyone know which tailnumbers these were?
Thanks in advance,
Stephan

Re: [REQ] Lahr (Germany) 1988 CF-104's
Stephan,
according Patrick Martin's book 'Canadian Starfighters' the CF-104D's should be 104634(maint. nr 821C, tail of 104648)& 104653(822C). Couldn't figure out anything on the CF-104.
regards
Hanzl
