Seems like the schedule for the TUI based aircraft is quite "relaxed" and many hours still open in the evenings. Assume the "double departure" on Thursday is related to a season AYT in one period and PMI in the peak season? otherwise it would require a 2nd aircraft on Thursday only.

there is still room to optimize the schedule (night rotations to Turkey or Cape verde islands)

Slot issue is the problem for comming summer. Lots of airlines request slots in Rotterdam and the all pending for the moment.
A few airlines request slots in Amsterdam and Rotterdam for the same flights.
That's why the TUI Aircraft is so relaxed for the moment.

BA will continue comming summer the 7 flights on weekdays and transavia is going to 6 based aircrafts.

The slot restrictions of the Dutch airports may influence the decision to allow RTM to grow in an positive way. RTM is the only airport which in further into the application process of expansion. AMS EIN and LEY are now allowed to grow till well past 2020 or even 2025. So this could create a unique window of opportunity for Rotterdam in which the airport could be allowed to handle much more flights.
