I read that RETRO31 were a flight of two German Tornados flying with BLUE81raameagle wrote:Saudi F-15SAs. Not sure where Retro31 came from either...

Agreed, but Retro31 wasn’t part of Gold21 as listed above. Retro31 would have been flying with Blue81.
