Noted on Flightradar 24,
Only info i have is that it is a C-130R ..
Anyone have more detail, a tail or operator info??

c/s FACH 983

Can not find what you see, but i think it will be FACH990 a C130R.
I think the KC135E routed via Moron /Spain?
