I tried to go yesterdau in the afternoon to try ti make some pictures.
Never seen so many police around : it was forbidden to get close to Abelag and even to different roads around...
So no pictures possible, even from the distance, and awfull trafic jams around (I guess some passengers missed their flight from Brussels).

Even a few days ago, when the E-4B was here, things were much more soft.

For sure, lots of police were around. Only when dignitaries arrived or departed no access was allowed though. In between, we encountered no problems at all near Abelag, the police were understanding and even helpful, and moreover, they were not present the whole day. Same goes for the armed military guys patrolling the airport, very understanding, despite some language barriers. No problems, whatsoever, made a lot of nice pics and compliments for the authorities for their attitude towards spotters.
