It's an F-16C with the extended housing at the base of the fin. That would most likely mean it's a Polish Viper, imho..

Russia have began to claim that the "other" aircraft came to close to the Russian aircraft.
The defence minister says to have fly in area with foreign fighters to close to his plane.
