The TLP 2017-2 it is not currently canceled, I don´t know participants at the moment, but day 11/04/17 arrived a GAF A400 54+07 with equipment for TLP, departure 12/04/17.

Eight United States Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcons and approximately 210 personnel from the 419th and 388th Fighter Wings, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, will participate in the NATO Tactical Leadership Programme17-2 at Albacete Air Base, Spain, from April 24 to May 19, 2017. The 419 FW's 466th and 388 FW's 421st Fighter Squadrons will participate in flying training with other NATO Allied air forces. This multi-lateral training will focus on preparing flight leaders to become coalition air force mission commanders with instruction on tactical composite air operations and opportunities to develop tactical air expertise. Training programs like this are essential to building cohesiveness and improving interoperability and tactical understanding among Allied air forces.
