Looks like it's probably 98-26803. 803 is seen on the tail.

Problem is thats a 1-228th AVN Helo from Honduras....
I thought it might of been 06-27093 which is a 12th AVN Bird from Belvoir. I can make out the 3 but the others are hard.

And aircraft don't always remain with a unit permanently.
A better video shows 303 on the tail. 90-26303? At least the DB says no longer with the unit. So probably with the 12th now.
