Yes, a little walk goes a long way... Could you advise me where to park, 57heavy, to save a little time?

Of you want to do the Sanicole evening show from outside, is it possible to use the show parking, or do you need to have entry tickets?

I''m not sure but I seem to remember you buy pickets before parking, otherwise half the public would stay in the parking area.

For those who missed this... :|
http://www.sanicole.com/index.php/en/la ... amera-bags
Bags, backpacks and camera bags

The organisation allows visitors to take bags, backpacks and camera bags with them onto the property.

However, there are strict safety measures and checks.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in order to help admittance go as smoothly as possible:
allow your bags to be checked smoothly and without hesitation,
and bring as few things as possible to the Sanicole Airshow.

There is plenty of food and drinks for everyone on the property.

In 2014 everyone was moved on by a police van and two very assertive (not to say "agressive") police motor cycle cops.
And yes, a lot of resistance was put up by numerous spotters, but when they started taking down car licence plates and threatening with fines....
"Safety precautions"...

It may be possible to stay for long at spot 1,
but I would certainly not recommend you parking your car on that road within a 500 metres/half a kilometre radius of spot 1.
The "Oude Weyerstraat" that is.
The 2014 situation was later discussed between KB spotters, the base and the police. AFAIK, everybody agreed that the policemen on the spot overreacted and went beyond their briefing. In 2015 there were no problems of this kind reported from KB (the spottersday obviously helped too). That having been said, it is wisest to park outside the no-parking zone and walk a bit... good exercise too!

For the parking you dont need a entree ticket. But there are a line of big trees between the parking and airfield.
Difficult to see the lower passes.
