The P-3C only carried 006 on the nose and the Bu No beneath the horizontal stab was missing. Any help with its identity would be appreciated.

or it could be 163006? It can't be 161006 because that is preserved at Andrews AFB AFAIK.

During March 163006 was reported at Kadena with the recently arrived VP-40 deployment. If there was no BuNo nelow the fin, 006 is a P-3SPA of VPU-2. I f you can send me a picture I would be able to confirm this. See also our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/376486919049384/
