IAR316 G/G at Otopeni

At my last visit to Otopeni, I noted a IAR316 at the gate at 44°33'33.4"N 26°04'35.1"E. During my last trip in September 2015, I did not note the IAR316 here. I could not find any serial on the aircraft, so my question is if anyone knows its ID.
