Here’s my log this interesting Friday, with 3 unusual events (Swedish, Italians and 323sq farewell party):
10:00 startup F16s
10:25 J-009, J-519 and J-516 take off
10:40-10:55 F16s return to base
12:04-12:30 Draken, Tunnan and Saab 105 of Swedish AF Historic Flight land some time after each other.
13:04-13:10 the Swedish take off again.
13:50 start up of F16s and the Italian Typhoons.
14:15 Fokker Four display team lands while Typhoons 4-4 and 4-51 and F16s J-009, J-509 and J-516 are ready to take off. The Fokker Four seem to park near the 323sq farewell party that is held today.
14:21 Italians Typhoon and J-509 take off.
14:22 J-009 and J-516 take off.
Shortly before 15:00 both Hawker Hunters are towed from their shelter to the 323sq party. They still seem to be grounded due to the Hunter crash in GB.
15:25 Fly-past of F16-"fourmation" J-009, J-509, J-516 and the J-362 that came in from Woensdrecht an only joined the formation near Harlingen. (probably intended to pass at 15:23 = 3:23 = 323squadron).
15:35 landing of the four F16s.
15:39 landing of the Italians.
15:55 Fokker Four depart again.
