At Luke the taxi shots were on base (south EOR), the flying shots were from outside. On Tucson it was from outside the base, there is a taxiway over which they taxi back to the military apron which has sun in the back all day, I asked at a smaller FBO if I could be on their platform, which was allowed for 2-3 hours, they taxi right by then, after that they asked me to leave. (I have a US FAA PPL so might have helped). Both bases are excellent from the outside. Note that 1 month from now the runway at Luke which is best for pictures will have major maintenance done and will be closed for extended period, so this means phography will be pretty bad if they take the 03R runway (03L will close). only with 10+ knots of opposite winds they will use 21 which will be better in that case from the outside.

I photographed 2 Iraqi's, 1607 was a new delivery from the factory.
