This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Very nice shots everbody. But... Eurofighter is a very ugly airplane. Sorry, but thats my opinion.

Great day?? The only thing that was great was the weather!
I looked forward to join one of the highly recommended KB spotterdays, but was more than disappointed!
It was a day for the organizers to make money, but nothing to meet the requirements of spooting enthusiasts.
Why to pay 40 Euros to see far less than on the other days? There was nothing special:
Only a handful of arrivals.
Only a handful of rehearsals.
No special spotter bags.
No access to get near the runway.
Only a handful aircraft taxied in in front of the people.
Sadly most aircraft disappeared on the other side or quite down east without a chance to take close-up pictures.
It was a impudence from the organizers to take so much money to see nearly nothing!!!

In a way I can relate, but only concerning the prices. But ... why complain here in stead of giving some positive critisism to the organisation? We can't do anything about it ... certainly not now anymore.

all true, i am also will make a statement into the organisation, e.g. the nice aniversary F-16 (40years F-16) was not accessible for the spotters, only Bobo'sGreat day?? The only thing that was great was the weather!

also the statement about the taxiing in front of spotters was not that we spotters are used to at brogel....30 euros was to much but the weather make some things good...

I agree. It was a nice day. But nothing more than that. I had my fun and my pictures but 30 or 40 Euro's was way to much.falcon wrote:all true, i am also will make a statement into the organisation, e.g. the nice aniversary F-16 (40years F-16) was not accessible for the spotters, only Bobo'sGreat day?? What a day....half of the static including highlights were not accessible (special paint f-16 , why not put al fursan on the spotter side?) , no effots to make special pass ( 3 special f-16 took off and came back for example) i never paid again 30 euros to be on the side of the highway extension from /to VIP zone(cars , coaches,trucks....)
Ok it's criticism but KB was used to be more spotter friendly and if even here we are disapointed , many people as me won't get in anymore ....
