Info re Australia

I am planning to visit Australia in Feb/March 2015 and require some info regarding spotting/photography around Sydney and Melbourne. I know that Avalon airshow will be on but want to know if anyone can help with info on military bases in the areas mentioned and any contact info for PAO etc at military bases as well as info as to whether Avalon is a show worth attending

Srangely I have also booked flights etc for February and March for the Adelaide / Melbourne / Sydney area as am visiting all my relatives. As I intend going to Avalon as it would be rude not to, I also wish to go to East Sale, Point Cook, Edinburgh and Richmond. I would therefore be very interested in what joy you get for PAOs as have been unable to find anything at all on tinternet.

Indeed if you do have any success, you may get a better response if there is more than one in the party? Due to mileage involved, have my rutes already planned out but happy to meet up to compare notes :>)

Ah well, we can't do them all - long way but Thailand looks most interesting and trust that you get the access there you would wish for.

Your original mail still stands for a wide enquiry to anyone who can assist in New South Wales and Victoria though. Plenty of time to arrange it but would welcome any pointers out there.
