Hi,
What could be the best spot to catch this bird with my camera? Whatever the wind direction might be..

So you can see him from the terrace. Can you also make a decent picture with 300 mm? Or should i be in a diffrent spot?

Yes, but only when it departs. Taxi shot is possible with 300mm, but not less.Tony wrote:So you can see him from the terrace. Can you also make a decent picture with 300 mm? Or should i be in a diffrent spot?

Are runway shots a possibility?

Re: EHAM 18-02-2014 MIL
Yes, but that depends on the runway. 18L probably only when it's in the air and 300mm is certainly not enough unless you crop a lot. Takeoff from 24 is somewhat better, but no shots possible when it's in the air.Tony wrote:Are runway shots a possibility?

If it will depart from 24 how big is the chance that it will be taxing by taxitrack Q ??

Hi,
Thank you all! I'll go for the terrace with my 300mm then. Does anyone know if the E-11 is still in, as it was pinging on PlanePlotter yesterday evening..
